Credit or debit card information, bank account number and sort code, or other banking information
(Please note: we do not store bank or credit card details on our web servers)
Usage records and duration of visits
Records of contact with us, such as notes or recordings of calls to our main reception, emails, or other communications
Membership information, including payment dates owed and received, services used, and other account-related information
How We Collect Your Personal Data
We collect personal data in the following ways:
Directly from you, either face-to-face at main reception, over the phone, via an online referral form, or through other communication with Testlands staff
From CCTV recordings, where applicable
CCTV
We operate CCTV within our premises to monitor access to certain areas.
CCTV is recorded during opening hours and automatically erased after five days
CCTV is actively monitored by front-of-house staff between 8:00am and 10:00pm
